Still a bit of room at this Pilot. Strangely both sides of me are empty at this time....

UNbelievable!! Just about the time I'm dozing off this jack*** parks his reefer and apu right next to my sleeper. I politely asked him to back up about 20 feet, explaining how I was enjoying the peace and quiet. In typical independent I own the road steering wheel holder fashion, he will not back up a touch. The apu is a Rigmaster. Might as well be trying to sleep through a light airplane motor. Rude!

Being the better person, I guess I'll back up.

Never fails! I always try to park in an isolated area with my reefer. It's all new TK. So my equipment is fairly quiet. I even turned my temp up ten degrees cycle on deep frozen stuff so not to bother my neighbor as bad.
It even bothers me when one of these noise buckets come along. I haved moved before.

Don't you just love us reefer drivers....why is it no one ever complains to the bull hauler that pulls into next to you or even a couple of spots down? It's always the reefer driver that gets the brunt of the complaints.

My favorite morning was when we pulled in between two flat bedders who were complaining before they realized it wasn't even turned on.....what a classic. :biggrin_25523:

We aren't there long enough to have anyone complain, we usually go to our favorite spot, back row far corner most drivers don't want to walk. :biggrin_25526: It's about a two hour stop for showers and driver change possible a quick breakfast and we're gone.

Oh yeah....in Hutchison, KS loaded and rolling
