Deboer is a company that's based lies.Diann is a recruiter who'll lie at any cost to get you to work for them.the pay isn't what they say.you sit 3-5 days your loads will always be 2 to 5 days late for pickup when they give it to you. You will get charged for a late load.your bills will get behind.i can guarantee it.shotty equipment, unstable dispatchers.if you have go to blenker to the terminal.you will sit for 2,days or more without pay. They hold back 1 week but after the 1st check i didn't get paid for 3 weeks. always can't find the paper work. They are still 2 Weeks behind.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to leave so my family will have a place to live and eat. biggest check $425.72 that was the first check second check $320.00 charged me for late load.

Please understand I am not here to flame deBoer, just tell you how it was for myself. I did like my runs when I had them driving mostly Texas up and down IH35, and was home on the weekends. Hauled paper products, beer, pasta, canned food stuff in a 53ft van mostly. Keep in mind I was regional Texas based and basically had a Mon-Fri work week. Did not expect to get 2,500-3,000 miles a week starting.

I worked for deBoar this year 2010 for 2 1/2 months before getting out of there. Average miles for me were 700-1200, one week I had 1700 miles which was my best. The pay was always late and some weeks I didn't see a paycheck. How can you work every week, then break down for 2 weeks (unpaid) not get any payroll and get paid on the third week after truck is fixed (well not really fixed it broke down again 2 days later lol)? The main problem for me was the truck, when I started it had 1.2 million miles 2001 volvo but looked "ok" when I got it. This is not an exaggeration, I was in the shop every week, and I do not mean for little stuff, full blown the truck would not operate repairs 1-2 days of work I would miss and not be compensated for. I was towed 3 times out on the road cause the truck would not move cause of transmission trouble mainly.

If you are new to trucking I could not recommend them to anyone, I have been driving since the 90s and was trying my hardest to work with them. After almost 3 months and being home for 2 weeks for a repair that I managed to get the truck in a shop near home, I came back only to break down two days later again on a Friday. I didn't quit there, but allowed them to get another driver come pick me up in Houston where I broke and take me to Cedar Hill, TX shop/terminal. When its the weekend they are pretty much closed, they have weekend/night people, but they just take care of what is already in the system. With that in mind I get to The terminal and they have no load or assigned truck for me.

They had a truck they said I could use, but this truck was a drivers who had an emergency and pretty much had this truck filled with every imaginable thing. Barely had room to fit my 1 bag in there (no kidding), I sat around the weekend before finally on Sunday saying screw it I'm out and got a ride home to San Antonio. Instead of driving me up there to sit in someones truck for the weekend with no load they could have sent me home to SA where I was closer for the weekend I thought. This kinda added insult to injury on breaking down again, so I had enough and figured this place wasn't helping me out much.

    To sum it up:
Regional Texas, worked Mon-Fri weekend off, no new loads on weekend
Low miles 700-1200 Best week I had 1700 miles approx
Broke down every week while employed 2 1/2 months, 1-2 days average repair, had a two week long repair only to break down again same problem 2 days later
Never got paid for any of the break down 1-2 day layover
Bad night/weekend crew phone support, they are just plain rude imo
    Towed 3 times in 2 1/2 months
Payroll extremely slow, 2-3 week delay after trip pack turned in, I was always broke and some weeks no paycheck
Best paycheck $550.00 after waiting a few weeks, usual paycheck $100-300
When its Friday and at 5pm, they are out of that office no matter where you are at.
