I see the name on the door. How do you sneak effectively? Muffled crunching sounds?:biggrin_25522:

I have roosted at a Peetro in Claysville, PA as there was nothing else closer and I'm delivering to essentially Pittsburg (a suberb called Duquesne)

Milroy is on US-322 East of State College. Just at the bottom of the mountain.
    Tom's is the truck stop.
I like that one because it has nice leather couches and chairs in the lounge area.
Plus a nice large flat screen TV. And free wifi.

I am in New Castle DE now. Get reloaded tonight.
This truck stop (if you can call it that) sucks. Pot holed up dirt lot, no restaurant, and they charge 12 bucks to park.

Don't mistake the name on the door for the name on the wagon. In my case, they don't match.

She's outta there tomorrow. She just got a preplan for a preload going up into Maryland.... I think?

Anyhow. I'm still here at the Petro in Bordentown, NJ. Just submitted my application to lease onto Schneider.

Everyone keeps telling me that I should stay here at Mercer... Mercer is a great company... Blah Blah Blah! But those same people aren't sitting for 4 days a week waiting for freight. So how long should I stick it out before I make a switch? Long enough to get another truck repoed?

    Injun Thanks this.

Sitting at home in Maryland wondering why I haven't got my 3:00 call from dispatch telling me what my load is for tomorrow, so I know when I need to get to the truck, or if I even need to get to the truck tonight.

I could use the money, so a load would be great, but I also wouldn't mind another day at home, so not having one until Tuesday would be fine too. I just want to know what's going on. If I have to drive up to check the Qualcomm I am not going to be happy.

DM is on medical leave as of this weekend, so we have a temp in place. I hope she is just running behind.

You have to watch out for your own business, Redd. That's why I changed companies. If Schneider works out for you, go for it. Don't wait for someone else to look out for your interests.

I may be pulling into Memphis tonight or early tomorrow.
