I was checking out Schneider website but did not find any information about how much they pay the new drivers or experienced drivers or about the cost the attending school sponsored by Schneider. If anybody could possibly help me out I'll appreciate it.

Hopefully this can help you out. I called the guy for the NW region and got most of my info so there is no school anymore, if your fresh out of school you'll go to a 10 day orientation and be tested on your driving skills then after you done with that you'll run 1 to 2 weeks with a trainer. After that you get on your own truck and start off making 27cents/mile then after 6mons of driving your bumped up to 31c/m and after a year your up to 34c/m. I talked to one of my trainers at school that just left schneider and he said as long as you aren't a dick to your dispatch they'll give you all the miles you can run. I know in the NW region there are a ton of dedicated routes available but that's not for me. You'll also have to have your hazmat endorsement and he said alot of opportunities arise when you have your passport into canada too. Hope this helps ya bud.

Mili, I'm not picky LOL She said I'd stay east of the Rockies and that sounded good to me! I just want to drive and start building experience!

Wannadrive, thank you and I'm sure there is a school near you, if not, some actually offer a hotel while you're there(I think one of our sister schools)...
