Was I dreaming or did I read that the Prime tractors do have APU's?

All of the full size tractors have them, and they are testing out a few units on the lightweight tractors.

Great! Actually I did a search a ittle while ago and was able to locate threads with APU and Prime keywords and wasn't overwhelmed by results like normal. Thanks for your reply. I was on the fence with another company but the APU's helped make the decission.

Also, my homework and a little math showed me I have a chance to make more money with Prime compared to the other training companies.

I think Prime is very smart to be making mileage a big issue. It will really pay off when the November elections are over. I think the EPA is going to make a big run on mileage and emissions. The Dems weren't able to get their "Cap & Trade" bill to a vote. I think that EPA will get it done with regulations, who needs laws when you control the regulating agencies?

Well a month and a half has passed. Did the recruiters blow up your inbox?

What exactly constitutes being out of work for too long, i mean time wise how long is too long when it comes to being qualified to work for Prime?
Also, what about if you had a valid reason for being out of work for a period of time due to illness, injury ect thats not work related and you have a doctors release stating that you can return to work with no limitations or inparements that can limit any job functions related to driving/operating or preforming the duties required as a driver?
I was just wondering whats primes stance and company policy when it comes to that if anyone knows?

Shoot I have been here for a year now on the company side and can honestly say I could be happier but not because of how the company is run but more along the lines I cant make better money without more experience. I have a nice little dedicated route from DE to upstate NY avg 3300-3700 miles a week and go right past my house at least 3 times a week home every two weeks but stop in for dinner/breakfast quite often. Yes my check has been a little off now and again but one call and its on next weeks..They have done everything verbatim they said they would. Is it perfect no, but it is more than acceptable.
