Well that's better than snow and ice!

 

Well, it was coming down as sleet earlier.

I haven't watched the weather channel yet but from what I heard we have a chance of getting a cpl inches

 

I've heard that before!

If it's any concelsation.... It's 21 degrees & snowing at my house

 

We ended up with about an inch yesterday.

Been doing my duties silently today. Now it's time for me to go to bed. Be careful out there tomorrow.

 

They actually got it out of the way fairly quickly. Only had to sit about 45 minutes.

I thought the guy running the chainsaw was dead though when the wires sprung free and flipped an 8ft section of the downed oak up in the air. He jumped back like it got him.

 

And if he was okay after that, he cleaned his drawers out.

In my training? Nobody touches the downed tree until the lines are dead. If that means a three-hour wait for the power company, well, smoke 'em if ya got 'em, we'll wait.

 

Sitting in the driveway in Mound House....they will have to wake me to get in the building...then home over the big hill through South Lake Tahoe!
