WHAT???? You're not in Kingman?? How'd that happen?

 

I've been trucking! Left Long Beach, CA about 5 pm Tuesday. I'm here now & will be delivering in 49 miles!

So much for the grand plan....got the generator and on the way back over Echo Summit (US 50, south of Tahoe) some 4 wheeler lost it and got T-boned by another in an SUV...3 Fire trucks, 3 medic units, 4 CHP's, 2 County Sheriff's, 3 additional "utility" units from fire, 5 Caltrans...and last to arrive...the CHP life flight chopper (and the first to depart the scene)....2 1/2 hours later the highway reopens...I was to far back in the line to see what was happening, and it was a steep uphill climb if I had "wandered" down like several others did...I've seen enough blood and body parts on the highway, I stayed in my truck and ate my jello and pudding!

So the generator will be delivered in South San Francisco in the morning Friday...which puts me out of p/u range for the TX load....someone give the "wheel of fortune" a spin to see what Friday has in store!

Now sitting here in Brooklyn Park, MN. Waiting for Ruan Logistics/Bobcat to get off their backside & assign me a door. Then I get to go to Belle Plaine, MN to pick up a load of counter tops for Knoxville, TN

 

I'm currently in the sleeper while hubby drives to Riverside, almost there. I think I'm going back to sleep.
