Whats up Con-Way people.. Can any of you give feed back regarding starting pay and how is the orientantion set up? I will be graduating from a local school and I'm looking at different companies now. I do see lots of Con-Way trucks in the Sac area. Thanks for all of your good post.It has given me lots of great info about the company!!

.555 here.. work for Freight obviously - not a lifer by any means since I'm only 30 with 7.5 years in right.... I believe our new drivers start at .38 now.. Perhaps divisions were confused..

You're TL, Con-Way Freight pays more.

I found out that con-way isn't a contract job, but you have to finish at least one load after the trucking school. I long is this load usually? Could I have a range? Like a month or 2 months at most?
