No it takes longer. You are getting students to attempt to avoid that.

How would you like to be the poor sap that gets stuck in the truck with this guy?
Dick...You are desperately in need of a reality check!

Because it is a crutch. Can't make it OTR solo. So you are willing to train and live with a new stranger every 6 weeks. Oh yeah, you want to train to help others...........I forgot that!

I'm disappointed in you DickJones. I thought you were doing it for the greater good of the industry by passing on to the next generation of drivers your extensive knowledge of endruns around HOS, the finer points of backing a tractor trailer, trip planning, proper shifting techniques, lane control, and keeping the amicable lines of communication open between the driver and shippers/receivers etc.

Come to find out 'it's all about you'? You just want this account have demonstrated that you will be denying potential students left and right to be on your truck if they make the slightest mistake. Great plan. They need teams at that Walmart they won't keep you too long going 'solo'.

you really do have short term memory. this isnt a new idea of mine...i stated this in the very first post. I want to run wal-mart, and the only way to do it is to run team or with a student. so what? do i WANT to train? dont bother me either way. if it were up to me, i wouldn't. i CAN make it on my own running solo. As for other posters who are so desperate to see me fail (cause it would make themselves feel better)....you can believe what you wish.....

I for one would like to hear the students' perspective lol to find out what DickJones is really like in real life. I have a feeling he's pretty cool guy but likes to stir it up online and make himself out to be this bad-boy type.
