You got that right, been there twice now.
May DM's give very specific directions to drivers going there for the first time,my DM even called me into the office as the terminal is in Brooks just out of Salem where you turn off the freeway to go there.

I usually take the Chemawa exit closer in to Salem. But yes, been parked across frm that terminal many times. I have two friends who work out of that terminal.

Swift New Boston, hoping I can finally get this POS fixed. But if they don't, I've got vacation the end of February so I'll get rid of it then.

I've had an air leak since October which has finally worked itself up to being DOT OOS if caught. Plus, it's burning coolant, which is also getting worse to where I can smell this sickly-sweet smell inside the truck. That can't possibly be good for me.

Some good folks at that shop. They seem to be on the ball. That was the evening crew though. Don't know about the daytime bunch.

That might be a leaky heater core...Check the passenger side floormats for moisture, Not only the top of the mat but underneath as well.

    Just a thought.

ONGB- agreed, this is one of the better shops. Not the best, but better than most.

BW900- no floor mats to look under :D but I haven't noticed any moisture. Not that I'd see it if it were on the passenger side- too much stuff over there.
