Thinkin about what ya said and if Im wrong Pardon me but if he left swift then he would not have the comdata card any longer to check next week ritescottied67 Thanks this. -
i'm hopin' this is just another one of your 'trying to be funny' posts?? I totally overlooked this post, till angel quoted it.
please tell me i'm right.....cause i'm not just reading this with a grain of salt...i'm taking it along with the whole gosh darn buffet.....WITH the ice cream.
and angel....if the driver has already ended his/her employment with swift, they aren't going to 'catch up' on a few hours of detention owed, or a couple days of layover pay. Sorry....its up to the driver to step up and make their voice heard if they've been underpaid for anything. Haven't got it before you left? you aint gonna get it.....scottied67 Thanks this. -
its always good to hear drivers finding good jobs they are happy with. I dont knock any body for the company they work for. Some are happy where they are and some are not. Its imortant to be with a company you feel good at. takes the stress off. then you can handle the little things a bit better.

That's what the state board of labor is for.

I got hired by an independent contractor a couple of weeks ago to drive team. I kept my old comdata card. My teammate kept telling me to check the card every couple of days because Swift will load up money on there that they owe you. I didn't believe it. So a few days ago I called the number and entered my PIN and wow there was $325.75 on there. Keep in mind I always had direct deposit for my paychecks. I only ever used the comdata for fuel and lumpers and a couple of advances when paydays were short. What does it hurt to check it right? I'm not kidding around.

Epes is a decent company. There's a Epes driver living a couple miles from me. His truck is home every Friday like clockwork. Good luck!
