No I didn't get a ticket Sonny.... Because I'm the one that told him that I am now out of my 14 & asked him if I could park here or if he was going to let me go just to chase me down for driving beyond my alotted hours.rocknroll nik, outerspacehillbilly and JustSonny Thank this. -

Aint you going to Texas? The WK parkway-51-I55to I40 would have been better than going thru Crashville and Memphis and the Tn coops.
After I loaded Friday I was in the T/A and found out that they are celebrating Washington birthday in downtown Laredo(any other cites doing this?). Knowing how Mexicans like to party I had to stay another day and head downtown. Had a great time, good mexican food, watched the jalapeno pepper eating contest and a non-hispanic won a $1000 after eating over 150 jalapeno's. For you drivers that think Laredo is a dump city try leaving the truckstops and head downtown.
Watching the 500 in a undisclosed location.Last edited: Feb 20, 2011

Miller/Coors in Golden, CO

Scaled the load, 4K over on the trailer.
Going to MN, so set the tandem at MN max kingpin law (41' to between the trailer axles) and still 1,200# over on trailer. Guy says, "stretch it out more." I tell him already at max for MN. He apparently didn't know MN has a bridge law.
Been sitting in the door for 2 hours waiting for the rework. Yep, they have to unload the whole thing, remove some bulkhead material (they had it built back about 8 feet) and then load it all back up. No idea what they were thinking on this one.Dave 1960 Thanks this.
