    Ocala, FL, finally.

And I'll bet I got most of ya beat for dh, if you take a total. I started in Hagerstown, MD, dragged an empty to the railyard in Chambersburg, PA. Then bobtailed to Lafayette, IN to get a brand new trailer. Then dragged that trailer (still empty) to Lathrop, CA.

I've also DHed from Oklahoma City to Phoenix, Laredo to El Paso, Laredo to St Louis, Atlanta to Indy, and many others I'm sure I've forgotten.

I actually just DHed from Savannah down here to Ocala. I've had a request in to get here, and there was no freight coming this way, so they had me drive down here, pickup a trailer at the Kmart DC, and bring it around the corner to the Swift yard, which is where I am now. 237 empty miles to move a trailer a few blocks.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to just route me here unpaid? I'm not gonna complain about getting paid, but common sense says you don't pay a driver to get to their vacation locale unless they've got freight in the box!
