YEAH! ALRIGHT!

Any donut shops down there?

True that, but on 80 outside of Sacramento there is plenty of wide open space. Pretty country too.

This is a great informational thread!
Speaking of W Grand in Oakland, in my former life I worked on driving the pilings in for 7 of those big bridges there including the Horseshoe in front of the Toll Plaza 1995-1997. Back in 1990, as an apprentice I worked at the EBMUD plant next door for a few months as well. Lots of memories.... -
Cool. In the late '80s I worked with drillers and backhoe operators on construction projects in SF, on the Peninsula, in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Jose, East Bay. Always fun working with those guys. They worked hard and they liked to play. We laughed a lot. When they greased the handles on my tools, I knew I'd been accepted. Yeah, memories. Good ones.
How's the new truck working out? (BTW, BOL and Safe Trip)
