I could hear the wardrums from my shower at the petro. but this load needs to be in south miss-I-peepee by 0600 so I ddidn't have enough time to tune in my inner injun and track down the swiftie yard so I could make funny faces at injun from the safe side of the fence.

Actually, I think Excel just set some kind of a record. My Drop Dead Time on this load in at 0800 Monday, and they called 10 minutes ago to say it was ready, 31 hours ahead of the DDT. I don't think this plant has ever called me 15 minutes before a DDT before.

I had two loads out of Ft Morgan in the last few months that rolled out early. Just when I'm thinking they've mended their ways, the last one was done DDT-1 hour.

Don't get used to it! Them cows don't die until they're dang well ready to!

Roanoke? Troutville? I'm at the TA on I-81 in VA near Roanoke.
Drove through some crazy snow weather to get down here. It was light, then it was heavy, then it was really heavy, then it was light, then it was heavy again, then it was light then it was...hail? then it was heavy. Ugh.

Left the TA near Harrisburg at 1a and got here at 6a. I'm done for the day.
Oh and the hot water heater at the TA for the showers is down so no showers for anyone today!

Load going to West Chester, OH for two drops then to Flint, MI. Hopefully north for my next pickup. Haven't been to Tony's in far too long.
