I got my 5 picks done and 10 units onboard in Detroit today. Now I get to go back through Chicago. At least I'm low enough to go downtown and avoid the tollroad! Minneapolis, here we come.

Hit the back roads today - passed through Chancelorsville, the Wilderness, Malvern Hill and Petersburg (I get by the last two a lot) battlefields. Saw where Stonewall Jackson got shot.

Got a load this morning. Pu preloaded trlr in Laredo and get it to Choteauo ( or something like that OK ) by 2am tomorrow.

Today clock over 14:15.

So no can do OK by 02:00.

They say drop ( t- call ) in Irving.

Can't get to Irving by end of clock.

So voided off load.

At the Laredo yard getting the truck and trailer looked over.

Tack today leftover hours on to get decent hours for 2 or 3 days.

 

waiting to load in Garland, Tx, then off to Riverview, Fl.. They're trying to say delivery on Friday, but i'ma see if they'll let me get it off da deck tomorrow afternoon. I hate sleeping with freight.

 

Headed to the yard to get steering wheel replaced....it broke...
