    So that's who it was!:biggrin_2559:

You don't have anything to worry about weather wise right now. wkow.com is a good site for the weather in the lower half of the state.

Yessir...between 4 of the last 5 working weekends running short, crappy PA freight, and now discovering that the reason my truck is running like a slug is because they neutered it via changing the turbo, that's it for me. This DD15 was a really good pulling engine, until SNI in all their infantile wisdom (not a typo) decided that fuel mileage was so important that this needed to be done. Never mind that it takes 20 seconds longer to get up to speed under one of these heavy PA paper loads now, or that the instant you hit an incline you start dropping speed precipitously...nope...the poop has hit the fan, and in the words of that immortal philosopher Porky Pig...

"Th..th..th..th..that's all folks!" (with apologies to Merrie Melodies)

    Yup.

I'm willing to take the occasional foray into "Crummy Freight Marketville" just like anyone...but it's been too often for too long. The de-ballification of the motor is just the final nail.

I had heard from another driver of these 2010 units that this was going to happen, but wanted to wait to see for myself (imagine that!). Sure enough....

OK...mellowing out to hit the sack to prepare for the long drive in the morning. One mile. Hope I can handle it....

Kenly NC at the Flying J which doesn't seem as crowded as the Petro.
I had originally stopped at the Pilot at x180 on 95 but I quickly realized how awful that one was so since I had the time, I drove down here instead. :)
