I am at AIT and was pre-hired by Knight Reefer and can't wait to get started. Seems like there a good place to work, and hope I am right. Please let me know if this is not the case before it is to late.

 

It's not a bad company, I have seen drivers come and go since I've been with KR (Phx), but that's the way trucking goes. Most drivers go throught several company before they find the one that works for them. You will hear both positive and negative things on a company, but the only way to know if the company is right for you is to work there.

 

Ya know, I am not sure. Is there some kind of test I could take that would differentiate between the two choices?

They started me at .35cpm back in 2005. Before they became the big red ret@rd.

 

I work for Knight Refrigerated, and I love it. I do my job and they do theirs for me. Never had a problem. They started me with .33¢ a mile, which is this best any beginner company was offering.
