Looks like I may be hanging chains.... They still have the chain law in effect!

But I gotta get jump started first.

Yup, drove through a good one coming through Music City, USA. I'm in a lull now, though. I've even seen a peek of blue sky. I know it won't last.:biggrin_25513:

I can't loan it to you- I need it myself!:biggrin_2559:

Boy, it's the Peterbuilt all over again, isn't it? Any truck you buy seems determined to make you go broke.:biggrin_2557:

This time I think I lost my alternator. Waiting on a service truck to come jump start me... Then I'll be able to tell better. Hopefully if it is a alternator, I'd get enough of a charge to make it into Denver.....

If they lift the chain law!

    1nonly Thanks this.

My alternator has been acting up for the last couple weeks now. After it sets over night I can crank it up and sometimes it will show charging orther times it wont until I raise the RPM's up to 1000, if that wont do it I can tap it with a hammer and it will start charging. I bought this one just over a year ago brand new and and had my old one rebuilt, now the old rebuilt one is riding in the side box, its only a matter of time.
