Good night from...

I am at my go-to secret small truck stop in Lost Angeles. Have to get here early to get one of the few spots. Plenty of eateries around, centrally located in L A here. Had a preplan beep on QC earlier but couldn't pull over safely to accept it. Arriving at consignee, it was already accepted by another driver- oh well, only a 238 loaded miles anyway. So here I sit in my secret spot on 2200 miles and looking for 500 more before Wednesday noon.

 

Enjoying my last night at home in New Braunfels, TX before I load in Laredo, TX tomorrow. Headed up to Plainfield, IN. for a Thursday delivery. Nice 1500 mile load to start my week off with.

 

Lake Earle Arkansas 'til about 0130. Live unload in MS at 0300. QC ain't sending. I've had 4 msgs in the queue for almost 2 hrs.

 

Probably all the freakin' rain thats dumping on arkansas!,lol

 

I40 ex 182 flying J fairveiw tennessee And still raining,and hailing too.......and 3 hour traffic back ups,and cars spun out in the median,just ugly!

 

I thought the QC used satellites to communicate?

 

Spent last night at that Pilot ... In Lathrop now. Dropping in the AM, then picking up in the afternoon, heading for AZ.

 

Aurora, OR for the night.

Dropped my trailer over in Canby and bobtailed over.

It has been "one of those days." Ready for it to be over.

 

Still home in Buckeye Lake. Waiting for a release from the Dentist, and with a 4 days script of Vicotin, do not see that happening real soon. Then either flying to PHX or Greer or Memphis.
