I blew by his little burg about 0500 this morning. I yelled but he didn't wake up.

Jonesboro AR. Just unloaded. Runnin' down the road to another spot in Jonesboro for a live load headed to Springfield OH. I think I'm gonna chill for a 10 in Charleston MO. There's a Chinese restaurant across the road from the Pilot that I want to try. (or was that a BBQ joint?) Maybe I'll eat ribs with chopsticks. Maybe I need a 10?

Getting ready to leave Amarillo now, new Texas license in hand. Going to Ft. Worth then the yard in Lancaster.

 

Just "fixed" the only working riding mower around here. Have paperwork/begging to try to save the house tomorrow. Paint touch up/punch list on a house we painted Wednesday.

Still setting in Tucson watching the traffic on I-10. Truck will be done tomorrow and I go to Nogales to load my cheap $2.75 a mile freight back to Joisey.

 

I got home at 0630 this morning. I basically deadheaded home from Atlanta by way of Albany to drop a trailer off. The other empty I was sent to pick up was in Lake Park and I had to do another trailer light splicing job to fix the corroded connection on a marker light but since I knew what I was doing, it only took half the time as the first time I did this.

I was happy to be home until I saw the mountain of mail I had to sort through.
..and my mom was happy I was home until she saw the mountain of dirty clothes that needed warshing.

 

Havent heard THAT word for 40 years...
