    I had a long reply typed out for the helmet wearing morons.... But then decided it wasn't worth my time to explain something to a wannabe who wouldn't understand the warning label on a roll of toilet paper let alone the fact the government can & will change the rules when they are the ones benefiting.

    Here is a waiver that was sent to are company in April when Ky had the storms and flooding. In it, it states we would be exempt from stopping at all scales, relief from the hours of service, and waive certain size and weight restrictions.
    REDD is right if the goberment wants it they can and will change the rules to suit them.
