Oh yeah, Mississippi and Memphis once this year!

 

Willington, CT. 10AM delivery in NH tomorrow, trying to figure out exactly when to leave so i don't start my 14 too early but also get ahead of traffic as much as I can.

 

Missed ya by that much! I went to bed in the early evening then got up around 2230 and walked Abby all around the truck stop and we made tracks for Colorado.

That's the fine art of this job.

Denver terminal. Interesting day, dropped at final, backed up to an empty, just hooked up the pigtail only and sent empty call-- beep go get preloaded trailer, unhook and bobtail out to come back in the gate. At this point Abby took a flying leap out the window when she saw a rabbit. It was like in slow motion watching her soar through the air with her legs tucked Olympic diver style. I thought she would break her legs but she is in fine shape. Hook up loaded trailer, weigh it on site, they say go back to dock and they will put more product on you, not heavy enough."I only have 1/4 tank of fuel"....'Too bad'.

Stopped for a couple minutes in Loveland Johnson's Corner so Abby could run off-leash (thanks Injun) then 14 ran out here in Denver terminal now will have to run hard tomorrow for full 11 and fuel a couple times to make it ontime.

 

Syracuse new york. I sure get out east a lot. Not bad for a GLR guy.

The Valero in Jolly, TX. Enrte back to CO. Sent me pplan this morning, pick up ld after hrs ran out, sent a 2nd one, dh 30 miles to del 90 mi. Refused, then lo and behold, next pplan, pick up at Miller, same place that I am dropping. Del on Friday. Headwinds this morning, now a tailwind. Hope that it stays that way. I have a feeling that they will dry and load me out of Rifle on Friday, and will refuse, after that last time that I was there and was treated. Now wathing two trucks pulling in with the wind propellers on. Trying to see how they are going to park.

 

still home for one more night. got two preplans delivering in el paso tomorrow and friday morn. not sure how they thought that was going to work. ignored, of course.

 

Ima still in Texas just different city every night. Now in Odessa and hope to get out of Texas! It is just way too hot and wanna go north!

My son is enjoying his ride across America. The only problem is the little #### is costing me a lot of money!!!

 

Rest stop in Iowa ... get up around noon and run this into Indianapolis tonight.

 

southington,ct Dropped my load up in NH, deadheaded about 50 miles to pick up a Sears load that was late when they gave it to me (got the ok if your late on QC first) dropped that off not far from where I started my day back in CT. TM is trying to get me to Jonestown terminal because I need to do some survey on the Kiosk or be put on safety hold so waiting on a pp. Sad part is I was a few miles from there 2 days ago why they wait until now to even mention it is beyond me.
