Back home in SC.

Sure glad Father's Day doesn't come around more often....I handed out cash to all three of my kids, took them out to dinner, stayed in a motel last night so I could shuttle my son to the airport (and give him more cash), then on the way home, bought my wife a new TV.

There's something wrong with this picture....

 

I don't mind the Brazilian, it's a little more astringent than Columbian but I like it for a change of pace every once in a while.

I used to drink Love's ultra-caffeinated blend, but that was causing serious heart palpitations by the end of the day, so I had to lay off that stuff, lol. That had a kind of an astringent, "cigarette butts in an ashtray" taste that only a true coffee drinker could appreciate... But the extra caffeine is a killer.

 

Yeah man;which is why I am in Tx,-they will never find me here..Come to think of it,I stay away Easter,Thanksgiving Christmas,(especially Christmas)but home for New Years,they stay away,no one knows where I am gonna fall I guess.

 

HA! Christmas is cheap for me....it's July that's a killer. Mom, wife, and two of my kids all have b'days. Not to mention my soon-to-be-born granddaughter.

Think I'll stay out 'til September this time....

The step daughter got off easy today. She took the hubby and I out for lunch. She covered Father's Day today and my birthday tomorrow in one shot.
