I once had a pallet of super sized Kotex pads I couldn't get rid of. One of the shippers asked me if he could have them, I readily agreed. A couple of weeks later when I returned all of the employees cars were shining like new. They used the pads to polish thier cars!

why go through all that work, its FREE that stuff in exspensive! I would have had some fun with it lol

Pulling into customer this morning, there is a middle turn lane to get out of the way of the flow of traffic, anyway, big pile of debris in the turn lane where a driver swept out their trailer before coming into the shipper lol.

 

I never had much overage or refused. The best I had was 8 cases of Gatorade. It was nice not to have to buy anything to drink for awhile but it was even nicer not to have it stacked at the foot of my bed so I could stretch out again.

I also from time to time had large bags of dog food that the lumpers would put a fork lift in to. They would refuse it. I'd put some duct tape on the hole and give it away first come first serve in the TS. There is always someone out there with a dog.

What do you wanna bet it was a fat guy that threw the veggies away because he didn't have a clue what to do with them.
