Mad Greek is good but do not go to that Bobs Big Boy. Nasty food at that one. In Bunker Hill KS at Sunmart. Got a Qualcomm message saying be on the lookout for a tractor. Who steals a truck and trailer in Kansas. And don't they boast having us on GPS all the day and night?
Good night from...

Here at the Sparks NV term. Was suppose to go to Sacramento, California this morning But the trl that had our load was six month past due on dot, needed two new trl tires, and new breaks. So took 4 hours to fix and they rescheduled us to drop off load at 10 am tomorrow so here we set. BUT we got a juicy load from Sacramento to Miami FL so its not so bad.

Camping out at a Costco in Michigan for the night.
(got unloaded here earlier)
Picking up a load 35 miles from here in the am and gonna head towards KY.
Anybody else get a QC message earlier bout joining the flatbed fleet?
Seemed kinda odd to me being a L/O and my truck not being set up for flatbed...
Figured they probably sent that message to everybody. -
Duly noted. I looked at it for a second too.

Yes I got that message too, guess it blasted out to everyone by mistake.
Will be getting Abby back on the truck in the morning, she missed me so much she jumped the fence and some neighbors caught her and called. If she's in that good of shape, she's ready to roll.... -
Yeppers. I was also invited to go FB. Not a chance with these old joints of mine.
Central Upper BFE at the "barn." If I had known Scottie was in Troutdale, I would have looked for him while I was there. I ran in long enough for fuel and a how-dee-doo to my DM. Seems his regular fleet has been trimmed to only a dozen of us...hand picked by him, of course. The rest of his fleet is the Family Plan crew.
For those in that group, there will be policies in the making regarding dirty and broke-down trucks. My DM plans on inspecting trucks as they come in to make sure they are at least wiped off and trash removed...and functional. Drivers who leave messy trucks and fail to turn in mechanical problems may wind up facing disciplinary actions. I believe this is a step in the right direction, considering the number of complaints I've seen on these boards about these issues. -
geez, sounds like i missed half the crew at troutdale. i was at the ta nearby till 1100. kinda overlept so i blew out of there. spent last night in mountain home, id. i got to sleep with the engine off and the windows open since it was going to be in the 50's. i can't handle it much warmer than that. i'm thinking of moving to the north pole.
got to home depot two hours early. don't tell anyone. i just hope i'm not stuck here for the weekend. -
here in Dwight, IL. Finished picking up the new trailer this morning, 252 miles, bobtail, to move it 3 miles around the corner. Oh well, was paid ldd miles for B/T. Transfer is now complete. I am part of the PHX crew now. Now time to get out west and finally run. Less than 7K miles in the last 21 days. GLR tried and pplan me on a ld, 240 mt, 330 ldd, then got ticked when I refused it.
