    I always thought the front row was for the people who either idled, apu'd or had reefers. When I drove reefers I always tried to park alone wherever that was. That way if you parked next to me, it was not my doing. When the place is crowded park where you can fit into a spot (I don't park in entry ways, non-spots etc, including handicap marked) unless adverse conditions where no stripes are visible or highways are closed and then all bets are off....still you use common sense. In any event that reefer was on, but not running...the driver was idling probably had the I whatever cooling system. I moved.:biggrin_25519:
