    Hutchins, Tx at the terminal..
Checked tire pressure while i was getting fuel.. everything was ok.. pull into yard, get out of truck to take paperwork to gate guard. notice a drive tire had lost it's bead.. trying to get it to seal back now.. doesn't look like it's going to happen with out some starter fluid.

I finally got out of Tyler with a load at 10:45. At 21:30 was utterly AMAZED to find all sorts of parking at a Loves....

611 miles later in Steele, AL.

Sounds like a fun deal but it can get boring at times and the last time I moved a trade show, when I got to cities like Detroit, Chicago I was last to get unloaded and last to get loaded. Why? I was a non-union carrier in pro union cites.
Good luck with it if ya take it on! I could get in to that 400 miles a week deal.:biggrin_25514:

Watched a lot lizard step out of one of our company trucks in N. Little Rock. Ewwww!
The place is so jam packed that one of the only places to park was behind the Speedco, so I was going to take a 10 there but after checking my 14 I saw I would still have time after midnight so when the clock struck 12:01 I took off down the road a ways.

I watched a guy do the starter fluid thing once....he got a bit carried away with the fluid he put inside the tire....put the match to it.......we picked him up off his arze about 30 feet away from the tire!

Not to mention the fact he won't need to shave or worry about eyebrow or ear hair for a bit! And the tire...well it was outside the rim on both sides!

    That was a good laugh...very good indeed!:biggrin_2559:

i guess if you leave it up to a goof, they could even mess up a "wet dream".
Ever hear a story of a simple task that went horribly wrong, and wonder how could that have happened? "Something must have been fault, or they was foul play involved".
I've spent enough time enough fools to know that anything is possible, i just try my best to not end up in that category.
