I'm in fleet 3. Keith's actually a good guy, is pretty easy to work with, and is usually in a good mood whenever I've spoken with him. I know he keeps me rolling, so I really can't complain. I haven't experienced many/any of the horror stories you usually hear about other FM's. The key to working with Keith (and most of the dispatchers) is, it makes things so much easier when you can meet them halfway on various issues. Also, you'll have a lot better time working with him if you don't surprise him with things you probably should have told him earlier in the first place. Trust me; I know from personal experience, LOL! If you know you're going to be late for something (for whatever reason); or if the delivery time on a load assignment is not doable, let him know ASAP. Your life in fleet 3 will be so much easier just merely doing those things.

Thanks...Yeah he seems cool, and like a fun dude. I just haven't worked with him long enough to get to know him yet. Got him Tuesday, and I ran all over the place Wed. trying to get a trailer and then a load that wasn't at the first place. He took me off and said he was getting me another load, but then he left for the day and left me hanging at the first shipper without a load. The next day I went to get a load and had to sit for 17.5 hours to get loaded. AC went out in the truck and had an air leak and I stopped off in Roanoke. They attempted to fix both, but neither were. Now I will be here until Monday to get them repaired. So I really haven't done any running for him yet.
