Weirton, WV. Got 36 hours so far this week and have not lifted a finger to do a bit of work. Put up in a nice hotel. I am however 45 minutes from the house, but don't get paid if I am there. Being on stand-by in the oilfield is awesome. Oh yea, got daily per diem to cover food too. :biggrin_25525:

Do a Google on federal milk price controls, and you'll find out why! It's all based on how far the cow is from Eau Claire, believe it or not. Another fine program started by the savior of the country, FDR. :biggrin_25513:

Nothing lasts forever.... But those push in ones are designed to be reused, unlike the farrel type fittings.

Heck the first guy probably didn't even cut the line. He probably just moved it and it stopped leaking so he just wedged it up thinking he fixed it. First bump you'd hit it would fall and start leaking again. I've seen many try that.

I was in Weirton one day this week...... what day is it again?:biggrin_2556:

Lancaster, TX. Tomorrow I'll be getting out of Texas- to Florida (even hotter, I'll bet)

Regarding Packard's ( I think it was Packard's, but that s a few pages ago so I may be wrong, if so I apologize to whomever's story it was) story about the trailer door and string- I can beat that. I once hooked to a trailer that had the door held open with a twisty tie from a bread bag.
