Yeah dumping the back axle with a 40k sitting on the spread isn't really gonna do much......unless you have the right setup....lol

I very rarely dump mine. When I do its usually when I'm empty more than loaded.

    Injun Thanks this.

I had 22 pallets with my last load, 47500 pounds of onions.:biggrin_25526: And I try to limit myself to only one coil.:biggrin_25525:
Backing a van at night is a cake walk vs. backing a flat into a building door at a steel mill in the daylight.:yes2557:

    Still home...............................

I must have had double vision. Maybe is was your good looks and gorgeous eyes that confused me.

Forgot to add: I'm at Walmart.

left vegas late this morning without finding a hose to get rid of them midwest bugs and dirt.Truck was running warm but just kept backing out of it for it to stay cool.coming out of laughlin was a treat had to run up in 3rd to stay cool enough.signs out of vegas said no trucks on 93 from 8 am to 5 pm.get to scale in az and officer says im 700 over on trailer.stunned at first but think i checked gauges and they were ok and they only put 46000 on .i should be ok.as hes about to tell me to go around back i tell him its a spread.he says sorry didnt look at trailer, hands my permit book back and says sorry to scare you driver have a good day.finally found a hose in kingman so back to runnin.

It doesn't help that aluminum doesn't have the tensil strength of steel. It allows an aluminum beam to flex more - making it more susceptible to cracking.

We have our indoor/covered docks as well. Probably don't have all of the obstacles that y'all have to deal with in a mill though.

Carnesville GA... at the ex-Petro-now-Flippin'-PeeLot. On the upside, the restaurant is still a restaurant, and not another Denny's sewer.

Up in the middle of the night just to do a shortie local run. Then I get to take a nap before grabbing my trailer going to Florida.
