100% of my check gets taken for my three kids. Oh yeah, I'm still married to their mother.

BUT.. we no longer have that luxury of having the courts or the state out of it, at least in Kansas. You can offer your thanks to all the dead-beat dads. That refuse to accept their responsibilities. Because of that, the government gets involved. Since when has the government relied on common-sense, logic, and reality?

Good luck getting them out of the mix. I was lucky when I went through my divorce, about 20yrs ago now. Only the local court was involved, not even the state could involve themselves. I knew they were my children too, and done what I could for them. Just because mom and dad could no longer get along and live together, should not affect them.

I think it's sad that these children have siblings spread all over the place! Not just one family with a single parent, but 5....I really hope you have figured out what has caused this...

The cause is irrelavent now. After she cheated on me it took about a year for us to patch it up, but I stayed for the kids....and a fee other perks

####! I'm glad I don't have kids! I hate it when my savings account drops below $12,000.

every state is different, this isn't federal law, it's state law. Just like some states say you can pay till age 21, if the child is in college, others are till 18 and out of high school.

So let me see if I understand what your asking? You want to know if the employer is required to make your child support payment with their money?

Until you earn that money its not yours for them to make the payment with. So from your question I believe that without a doubt they can refuse to make the payment until you have earned the money.

This is like saying its the employers responsibility to make your payment not just do the financial processing of the payment.

Your the one asking if the employer can "delay payment of child support to the respective county or state, until you put in enough miles to cover that payment each month?

Sorry but sounds like exactly what I suggested that your question was if you had to make the money before the carrier was legally obligated to pay your child support payments.
