I'm at Quick Trip in Atlanta, Georgia.

I dropped off a load at Americold off Tradeport Pkwy and I'm working on a 34 hr reset. Customer was a drop-and-hook, but they didn't have any empties so now I'm a bobtail. I feel so naked without a trailer.

Las Vegas.:biggrin_25510: Load doesn't pick up until tomorrow, going to Everett. I'll be trying to T-call it to maybe Boise on the way. Need to get to Northern Idaho, and still no idea when the car hauler will be there Saturday. If it's early, I'm in a pickle.

    *sigh of relief*

I have the Ram thing worked out, it looks like. The driver (tiny company running two trucks...sounds like a partnership) will accept a Comcheck for payment. That's what I was worried about. How to pay the guy. Picking up the Ram isn't the problem. Well, I have the money on my Comdata card and will simply cut him a check when he gets to Idaho. I have folks who will meet him when he gets there.

Question for the parking lot guys: is it customary to tip a parking lot hauler?

Not really customary, but it does happen.

(And just so I beat him to it: No, Otter! I am not wearing that dress to increase tips!)
