Petro in Carlisle, PA ... Heading down to GA for a Monday delivery.

Load was originally planned with a tcall in Greer. But spent 4 hours going 100 miles to the shipper through Philly. Running off recap right now and that ate up my spare hours. Can't get it to Greer until after midnight Sunday, so they want me to take it on in. May just take 34 here in Carlisle.

 

after a couple of weeks running in my dream area, i accidentally took a preplan parking me in clovis, nm. i didn't realize that being this close to tx was as bad as actually being in tx. so, here i sit. probably for the weekend. f.u. texas.

 

I'm in Charlotte Norf Carolawnuh now, heading for Miami. Will likely be putting truck in shop down there after delivery, have a problem with front rear axle alignment, 15/32nds out and the TA said they couldn't fix it. They didn't charge me for the 2 axles they did align so that was nice. Also got 2 new shocks put on that axle as 1 of them was showing a lot of oil film.

 

McNeil truck stop exit 15, I59 in Mississippi near louisiana, best fried chicken I've ever had in my life.

 

Duly noted... I loves me some fried chicken!!! If you are ever through exit 51 on I-55 in MS on a Friday evening stop into the TS and have a never-ending bowl of gumbo from the buffet... truly life changing!!!

still in clovis, nm. good weather for flying the model planes at least. i would much rather be rolling west for due hometime though. got an offer to go to laredo. ha! that ain't happening. i'd rather sit in the left armpit of new mexico than the crotch of texas.
