I keep a small plastic bowl for doing the washing up, will normally walk into truckstop fill a 2 1 gallon plastic jugs with hot water by the coffee host & then wash dishes in truck.
If I need a quick wash I will use wipes n paper towels also.

Whenever you see a Wendys, grab a handful of forks, knives and spoons (plastic). The truck stop will sell the same handful for $4.99. Paper towels? Grab gobfulls of napkins at all fast food fast heart attack places lol. I use 'em as a poor man's mop-- spray window cleaner liberally on the floor, wipe up with the napkins and just look at all the gunk that comes up. Smells fresh too!

Well I'm new at this and someone might have a better idea but until then this what I do. When I'm finished with dinner I go and take a shower I turn the hot water on put the dishes in the shower do my business and get undressed before I shower I wash the dishes out of course scrape all the food out first. Some truck stop showers have the drain lid that opens. If not a shower in the laundry room there are sometimes sinks I wash them there. But remember always always wipe down the area u use so it won't ruin for other people.

I do all kinds of cooking in my truck. As a matter of fact i have not purchased a single truck stop slop meal in weeks! When it comes time to clean my pots and pans i use the catwalk as a dish washing station. I keep a good supply of water and soap on the truck. Its not so fun in bad weather, but cooking yourself saves you a lot of money over eating at restaurants.

Not only the money, I lived out of truck stops for a long time and it has a very negative effect on ones health. All my lab numbers went through the roof. Now that I've been home and eating normal food, all the numbers are getting back down in the normal range,
People don't realize how unhealthy the food is out there. One needs to eat as close to normal as possble. The only way to do that is cook your own stuff from scratch.

Road Pro lunchbox cookers come with aluminum bread tins, which are 4 bucks for 3 at truckstops or a buck fifty for 6 at walmart. They make a WICKED meatloaf or roast. I had lemon pepper pork roast last night with steamed broccoli. Clorox wipes and water to rinse is a good idea. Mixing meatloaf is best in some kind of disposable container is the way to go. You can make a pretty good eggbake in them too, which of course you can mix right in the tin.

I've been washing dishes in restroom sinks for years, and I haven't gotten sick yet. Get over it, germophobes.

It really isn't that complicated. I have a plastic wash tub (sink sized) that I put the dishes, etc. into, and walk over to the fuel island. Just use the water hose there to wash and rinse everything. It all gets flushed down the drain at the fuel pump. Take it back to the truck and dry it. Simple as that. Been doing that for years.
