Okay, let's be more specific, he cannot mess with any of my electronics or paperwork or audio visual stuff or my Gatorade cup or my cell phone or my medicines or my CDs or my DVDs that are in my bedroom unless he puts them back as he found them. :biggrin_25522: My computer is my "baby" and is setup for my convenience. One time, I let James use it to fill out an application and left the room to go prepare some food. While I am out of the room, he says "I'm done". I tell him to close the tab he had been working on. I come back in to find out he had closed down the entire browser - I was so mad because I had about 15 tabs open at the time and had to reopen them all and had lost some stuff I had entered on 3 of the tabs.

With Mozilla Firefox, sometimes when you reopen the browser, the last tabs you had open will reopen with the browser and sometimes only the home page will reopen when you reopen the browser. That was one of the times when only the home page opened and I had to go to my bookmarks to reopen the other tabs. I bookmark ALL sites I might want to go to in the future.

Pilot I-85 xt 63 South Carolina. This place is full of vagrants day & night.... Will never park here again. Arrived yesterday, one skinny black guy came to my window asking for something, couldn't understand him but my answer was "no". Later he came again and asked for money, and I said "no". Then saw an old white male pushing a bicycle and going from door to door.... Today black skinny guy came again and asked if I watch movies, my answer was "no"... then saw another black guy today spotting a driver for money... then a skinny white woman with no teeth came to my window for money... and tonight, a strong black male tried to open my door while I was inside truck! :biggrin_2554: My door was not totally shut cause I was going to throw away water from my cooler but when he opened my door I shouted "WHAT!?" :biggrin_2555::biggrin_25510: and grabbed the handle and shut it close immediately. He looked surprised and angry and started saying something... I don't know what he was trying to explain but for me, there's no explanation. I put my curtain up and ignored.... then heard someone knocking on my door again but didn't look. Will leave in the morning and I'm just a little concerned.... This place is full of vagrants walking around in the dark.... :biggrin_25511: I'll not open this truck's door tonight and hope and pray nobody tries to mess up with the truck.... this is my only concern.

I understand your wariness. I do not stay in the truckstops in SC. On the other hand if there is a situation in a truck stop that is not right, especially for drivers; do not hesitate to voice your concerns to the on duty manager. Make it known that truck stops are for truckers and we provide their sustenance. We will take our business elsewhere. Look at all the failed or closed truck stops.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Left the yard earlier after rinsing my truck off. Felt pretty good about it, too...all shiny...then it dried off and I saw all I did was wet the dirt down. Time for a wash.

Rocks: I sincerely hope you dialed 911 when that guy tried to force his way into your truck!

Its a Pilot. And people ##### about T/A's that charge for parking.
And back before there was a thing call fenced in pay to park, I carried a pistol never had to use it, had my hand on it a couple times.:biggrin_25523: Back in the cabover days it was real easy to send an unwanted person to the ground.

San Antonio, not much happen here.
