Lebanon, MO, bob tailing to Moberly to start back up with my Wally world. Found out that when I was last on it before my little trip, I was never taken off the fleet. PHX just left me on it, and will be staying on it until either I screw up and kicked off, or decide I need a break.

Squeaks, that explains why mac30 was not available to you.

Troutdale. I've seen this yard a mess before, but this takes the cake. Had a bewhiskered Lurch tell me don't block the aisles. My question to him: "Have you looked at the yard???" Yep. I'm backed into the middle of the middle row. Checked that Volvo behind me to see if anyone was in it. That truck won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Least not until I'm ready to roll. I'm going to bed, so I hope he's got a grill.

Why am I being like this about it? There are bobtail spots open, but he chose to park with all the trailers.

For the record, there are six empty trailers in this yard. That's what the ECT guy said. Not that I care. I have a trailer, but I get sick of hearing there are no empties when I happen to be surrounded by them. Decent trailers, too. Not MS Carrier or "T" junk.

Keokuk,IA found me a nice half abandoned parking lot with a couple other trucks in it about 1/2 mile from my drop. Glad its here too, not a truck stop for about 30-40 miles.

Some of the "T" trailers have been referbed and are in fair shape. Nice trailer if you have to use load locks.

Laredo. Load this afternoon, then off to South Carolina.

I agree, if these old trailers have survived this long, they were the best of the best.
Boise ID headed north later on 95 through Lewiston and on to Pullman WA. Getting my 95 permit now, this should be a fun route tonight.

Don't forget to do the measurements. The permit is not valid unless you have the measurements chart filled out. Idaho bears get bored sometimes and will stop you and measure themselves.

I spent the night by the Columbia River. Tonight, maybe Ellensburg. They have a good French Dip sandwich.
