OK I sent a message to Swift Permits that I was routed US 95 in Idaho and that they can fax me the permit to the truck stop (fax number provided). They responded that I only needed that permit if I am routed US 95 in Idaho. I responded back that was affirmative. They messaged back asking for fax number. I sent the number again....They responded that Idaho is down and will try later to get the permit to me. I called Idaho and paid for the permit myself, got a confirmation type number, then just have to pick up the permit in Lewiston.
My question is where do I put these measurements if I don't have the physical permit in hand? He said no more than 5.5 offtrack whatever that means. Approximately 19 feet from center of my steers to center of my drives, hope that is OK. To go around would add almost 100 miles. Permit is $43 bucks.
Homeless guy sleeping under a trailer there in Ellensburg J. Abby sniffing around really annoyed the guy in 29 degree tropical breeze the other morning.
Good night from...

You need the permit in hand. Have it faxed from Lewiston to wheere you are.
-
Part of the permit has the formula for figuring your off track. It has to do with tandem placement as well.

OK showing 5.61 Offtrack which means I just wasted $43 bucks.

Move your tandems forward and try again.
-
My drive tandems are fixed, but I will try to move the steers back.
-
Really, Scottie? Your truck's wheel base can travel 95. You have to move your trailer tandem all the way forward.

I stayed at a tiny, dreary motel in Big Cabin once long ago. I only remember because it WAS tiny and dreary.

Oak Grove, MO. No more wal-mart. the new planner and I just could not seem to get on the same wave length, so instead of bucking heads, just decided to go back OTR. Example, started drving today at 7, sent the PTA and hours, and when arrived at the DC at 1100, then send me a pplan, pu at 1700. Then tells me to stop starting my clock so early. I asked, is not the idea of all the Macros that we send is so that you know the hours and you know our PTA. She says, that is not the way that it works at Wal-Mart.
