yeah it kinda expectin alot for a guy to ask a question on here without getting immature answers just boggles my mind why supposed adults act like they do sometimes

The questions regarding drug testing in these forums are cause for speculation. USA does random urine, 20% of orientation class gets hair folicle (roughly), that's as much factual information anyone can give.

Prior charges, etc. is something the H/R can answer. Perhaps a phone call to USA will clear up your questions and provide you with definitive answers. Otherwise, I suspect you realize now, the answers here are speculation at best, insulting at worst.

 

It's going to be an uphill battle. There are so many school graduates looking for jobs and fighting to get into trucks that the big companies can have their pick of the pool of applicants.

You're not at the top of the pool.

My guess is that you'll have to look for a job that no one knows about or that no one wants.

You could start with Federal driving jobs- Uncle Sam might give you a try. Then there's refuse collection, towing, animal feeds and waste hauling, exempt commodities, oilfield driving, hot shot work, State driving jobs (bureau of prisons, County Maintenance jobs)... jobs that no one else is looking at.
