I would of looked the other way, besides it was "ME" he was selling the fuel to at half price :biggrin_2559:, So are you gonna turn me in to ? :biggrin_25510: So do you also call the authorities when you see the lot lizard's walking around ? Don't you think the authorities have better thing's to do, Or are you a bitter person that didn't get qualified going to the academy of law enforcement ? Remind's of the inspector's at the scale's thinking there have authority to write citations when they only inspect.

As a small fleet owner who has had this happen , I say report the incident.
If there is a legitimate explanation then this will surface.

    Think of it this way.
A waiter at a restaurant slips some items on to your bill so they can keep the cash the other patron gives them.
    Is this stealing?
If you think not and would not mind this happening to you then I can see how this does not seem like stealing to you.

I say report the thief. USA has a reputation as a BFI amongst the industry veterans, rightly or wrongly. People see one USA driver screwing up then have a tendency to paint every last one of us with the same broad brush. If we ever want to gain even a little respect from anyone on the road then we have to put he kibosh on this kind of crap, because it just makes the rest of us look like a bunch of pathetic individuals.

Besides, why steal from your own employer? We complain about our paychecks but then reduce their ability to pay us by stealing from them? That's some weird logic...

well he would of have to log as a fuel stop so they could check it and get him on that too! But big question is what happens if the driver needs fuel later in the day he would be out of luck u are limited to the amount of fuel per 24 hours! So how would the driver explain that one?
