You lie flat, face down for some exam? Are they looking for hemorrhoids? Most prostate exams entail bending at the hips from a standing position. Of course, that's a pretty submissive stance, too, so I guess prostrate could be appropriate.

Don't have enough hours to cross the border today and I dunno how crowded the Syracuse Pilot is so I played it safe and stopped here. Will pick up again in 10 hours and that should give me enough time to cross the border and get to Montreal.

And I'm glad I did. I had a nice conversation with a driver who does produce runs between NY and FL.
