Still stuck here with the only thing available is a trailer move. I do this and I lose $25 on layover. Better just to sit than move a trailer and lose $$$$$$

Just dropped over here in Pueblo CO on a Saturday morning. You know what that means, likely will be here til Monday at least. I'm counting 4 other Swift bobtails just here in the truck stop and several others over at the old terminal all of which had a covering of snow which means they've been sitting for some time already. Of course mac 30 says No Loads like the broken record it is. I knew better than to take this load but I had been sitting in Dallas from Tuesday afternoon all the way til Friday afternoon and just wanted to get under a paying loaded trailer for funk's sake!

P.S. I would love to get me a sugar mama like blubonn so I can hang out the side of my best friends ride and holla at the pretty girls.

Rapid City, SD. The morning will be interesting. This is a 2 stop load, same address. Send a msg to ECT to place a note under my truck for the planners to see, I have no chains. I get a message back, DOT requirement that I carry chains at all times all over. Never heard that one before. And that I have to purchase some ASAP. I did not bother to send a msg back asking him to tell me what part in the FMSCA that states this, since I looked and did not see one, and also there is nothing in the Swift Manual.

 

Oh yeah, the ole Department of Trucking requirement lol.

I just got a message that my PTA has been set out another 10 hours lol. I thought with these Elogs they can see when our 10's are done (10 will be done in about an hour from now) and plan us accordingly ala Plus1?

Someone please tell me reason #100 why I'm supposed to like Elogs again?

I think the elogs are great,but that plus one can perform some undescribed maneuvers with a digit and a tight crinkly hole I hate that a computer system sets the time to get there that is wholly unrealistic!!! and then hides the real times from me,so i just been undereporting my hours available after drop or unload,seems to give me a few more hours.........
