I'm doing some research on reefer weights. If you know the empty weight of your reefer, as well as the reefer model (e.g. Great Dane Super Seal, Great Dane Super LT, Wabash Arctic-Lite) please post it along with the length, width, height and year model. Thank you.

2012 53' Utility 3000R with a Carrier 2500A unit & 50 gallon fuel tank is running about 17,000. Ours have the spare tire carrier and duals on polished aluminum wheels, if they have the wide based tires you're looking at a weight savings of 200 - 250 pounds roughly.

03 t2000 c15 cat 13speed tall super single 228 wb with 05 wabash arctic lite 48ft spread axle with carrier spare tire rack all aluminum duals I'm 33600 full of fuel believe trailer is 14250 can't wait to get my new speced out truck and get supers on trailer I should be around 31000 to 31500 full of fuel and later on hope to get new speced out trailer and hope to be around 500 to 1000 pounds lighter trying to hit that 50k payload mark ..... I know prime has those new eco49 set ups they are getting about 49k in box with 53 footer with a short 48inch bunk cascadia with 10speed and dd13 Detroit ..... Just can't push my self to go to a cascadia like that so I'm sacrificing staying with an48foot trailer .... But just imagine that ruck with my trailer or a newer light 48foot prolly get that 50k to 51k in box ..... How about a 200inchwb with 32nch bunk cascadia single axle with a tag small fuel tanks and super light 48 foot ..... Hello big CTW .....lol

2006 Wabash 53' / TK SB 210, 50 gal tank, spare tire rack with tire in it. Little less than 16000. I had (sold in Feb) a 2005 Utility 53' / Carrier that was about 600lbs heavier than this one.

With my Volvo 670 full of fuel I can scale 45500 easily.
