I dont take it the wrong way. I will take training very serious, I am not very worried about passing class. I used to work for a moving company about 18 years ago, so while i am still green, I am not going in there with zero knowledge or experience. Just a little bit above zero. LOL

Another question to the USA guys, I know the old addage of belive none of what you hear, half of what you read and all of what you see, with that being said, I know what the cpm pay is for USA and the raise schedule. My question is, is there a mpg bonus, layover pay and breakdown pay, and if you are in breakdown to they put you up in a hotel or is that up to you? Thanks in advance

MPG Bonus, No. They will turn your truck down if you have low fuel economy thought.
Layover pay, Yes. You will have to fight for it depending on your fleet manager.
Breakdown pay, Yes. Don't know how it is now, but it used to be you don't get paid for the first 24 hours of the breakdown. After that you sometimes have to pull teeth to get all the money you are supposed to get. -
Question on Per Diem? Is is mandatory or voluntary at USA? I have read both the advantages and the disavantages of getting paid that way. I havent made my decision yet but I wanted to know how that was handled. Thanks in advance.

Its voluntary. If I were you I'd just claim it at the end of the year.

Don't go per diem through the company... Just claim it on your taxes at the end of the year.
