Oh there are good things, I have had to exceptional fm's. they both have good communication skills. It makes it alot easier out here
Another one is the ability to purchases stuff at the company at discounted rates. $100 bucks off a gps thats pretty good.
Most driver are nice people. Some just wanna whine and cry.
There are more just, the re are alot of negatives too. Just gotta decide individually if the negatives out weigh the positives. -

I like the fact that most of the fleet is running APUs now. That would be a major factor in deciding to stay or go now for me. I know that seems silly but after having been in this truck for 6 months and been accustomed to the benefits of an APU versus idling or ICON....I'm kinda partial to them.
I also like the fairly good placement of terminals and drop yards across the states. It makes it convenient when planning my trips that I can run that extra hour or so into the night knowing that I don't have to worry about finding an open space at a truck stop at O dark 30 and that I can just roll into a terminal or drop yard. Most of the terminals are at least decently equipped too. The exceptions, IMHO, being Phoenix and Denton.
