Injun, Thanks for the chuckle about the reefer. Left those behind a year ago and certainly don't miss 'em. Had several occasions with dispatch saying equally stupid things, or not saying anything at all and getting upset when I made a decision..:biggrin_25521:

Pilot in Dalton, Ga. unloaded last night in Owensboro, Ky and needed an emergency fuel solution. Dispatch said they'd unlock my card and i ended up going 50mi NW to a Loves in Indiana (my reload was 20mi due west of drop). Pumped 100gal and burned back to pickup. Get to shipper and they're about as organized as a strip club.. spotters are on ch1 talkin garbage about how random trucks are scattered around the facility (joint was full of trailers). I heard em ask why I was sitting in the mudd and i told them there was no where to park. They said if i was waiting on an appointment i should go down the street and park.. Told them i didn't have an appointment, it was drop n hook and i was waiting for shipping to come back off their break so i can give them info (been there for an hour waiting). Spotter replies with "oh". Five mins later "did someone call for shipping" i reply "yeah, about six different trucks over the past hour"... yep

between that hour waiting for shipping, fifteen mins dropping and hooking, i had to wait 45min at a gas station to finish off my 2hr break and then i hauled out of that place.. five hours later i'm sittin in Dalton, Ga.. messaged dispatch saying i needed fuel solution for terminal in Atlanta.. got it, plan on be in Arcadia, Fl around 8am Sat..

Tell me i'm going home and i'll split berth all the way there and set the tires on fire while at it.

Either QC has issues or my QC has issues. I've got 6 messages waiting to send, the oldest from 1:38pm when I crossed the border into Canada. I've already made my drop, picked up an empty and was heading back to the US. Decided to stop here and take a 10 before continuing on.
