It's tempting to jump...maybe if your 19 you can jump...but to do so when older could end you up with spranged ankle or worse...

Rocks...I saw an alligator the other day while at work...took a photo of it...I'll try to up load and share it soon...

You're watching a movie, based on a comic and expecting factual representation? LMMFAO

Y'all have a good night. I will cook something else here (had some pasta but still hungry)... and will go to bed. People may start arriving early at this business where I am parked and I must be up and ready...

    Ye, maybe your right...

It was an ok film...the back drops or sets were very historically accurate...beautiful to watch actually...it wasn't until the guy turned into the super hero, that things began to take on well...a comic book type presentation...

I know history can be ugly to some...but that's how we learn...and I was a bit disappointed with how they force fed poltitical correctness on the very young generation of movie goers...

The 'A' team that captain America assembled, looked more like the Star Trek crew...

It's like they had to include every single ethnicity under the sun, and with super exagerated features...to show the world how fair America is, or how fair Captain America was...

Accents from WW 2 were way off too...

To me, C-America would of been more noble had they depicted reality in the film, and inspite of that reality he had choosen his 'crew'...

But in this film, they made relations back then seem better than what they are today...

Oh well...like you said...it's a comic book movie meant to appeal to a comic book generation...

There's going to be a sequel, which should be pretty interesting...where Iron man and all the other Marvel heroes will all be performing together...it should be entertaining...

I see cabovers all over California. I have a good friend that runs in and out of NY with his quite frequently. In fact, System transport still runs them, as well as a couple other companies. I believe your friend is mistaken.

If you remember there was a minor allusion to the ethnicity/segregation in the movie (very minor portion). When he busted them out hydra the guy in the bowler asks if they're taking everyone and the asian guy holds up his dog tags and says "I'm from Fresno Ace". Also, if you look in the camp itself, you won't see a single person of color other than those he busted out. It's a minor notation, but there are a ton of threats from groups like the NAACP whenever you show real history in the movies. A good example is there was a ton of crap started over the segregation shown in Hart's War (Colin Farrel and Bruce Willis).

Wow - they do seem to take up little space. The truck almost fits in a single car parking spot!
