Knight Orientation/Memphis Terminal

Your about the twelfth guy on here thinking Knight is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I forgot what the time frame is but it is well documented on here....I believe after six months they discard you and start the cycle over with someone new and willing to work for free in exchange for a little experience.

So all you need to do is realize that you are in school and take it for what it's worth. That sounds all fine and dandy sure but with 6 months experience you won't be doing much better if you can even find someone to hire you. Knight will make it near impossible to quit the right way. Good luck and enjoy those 1000 mile runs. You'll probably do about 15 of them before Knight flushes you down the toilet.

 

Please keep the thread alive!!!! I want to read what you sound like in 8 months.

 

Boy, you might want to look at the little profile blurb up there...I've run more miles in reverse than you have forward. You're just another rookie with stars in his eyes, about to get a Learning Experience you're not going to like.

But don't listen to me. Just keep on with your comical attitude and get back to us in a few months once Knight chews you up and spits you out.

 

Sounds like your enjoying hauling for them. I'm sure tour old enough to know if not to let the negative Nancys in life get ya down. If they do cut ya loose after 6 months than at least you got some cash in your pocket and a valuable lesson under your belt. Over all man, sounds like your doing great! Keep posting, its great hearing how your doing. Take care bud!!!
