If it's the same as my '09, just depress the clutch when the light comes on after about 5 minutes.

Charleston, MO enrte to Olive Branch. Will be interesting to see what kinda weekend load I get out of Memphis. After looking at the weather map this morning, real glad that I did not have chains and take that offer to Denver. Seems like the last place that I want to be this weekend. Also, the load was a whopping 5K.

Anyone know how to override the idle shutdown on a '10 Prostar? Heading for Ohio, temp in 20s, windchill in teens by the time I get there. 84 here right now. Sweet![/QUOTE]

Wait for the " Idle Shutdown " light to come on on the dash, then push the clutch down all the way and you should be good

Got pulled into Chowchilla scale about 74 miles from my target. I was bobtail, they asked where I was coming from and where I was going to, I answered, Dallas TX to Lathrop CA, that raised some eyebrows. They wanted the standard stuff, license, med card, registration, and logbook. Got a pass on the logbook due to elogs, but they broke out the creeper and flashlights and went over and under my truck, in the end got the green 2 sticker and sent on my way.

Does anyone know if getting the sticker satisfies Swift's requirement for the 90 day annual inspection?

Memphis, TN. Accpt pplan that was preloaded, show up shipper and find out, oh no, 2200 tonight. Now run all night to t-call in Edwardsville, then sit again waiting for hours to start to drive again. Second weekend in a row. Can not believe GPS. 460 ldd miles, and GPS and Swift route, 550 miles. Up I-55 to St Louis then over. Taking US-63 up to US-60 to Springfield then up KS 13 and 7 to the yard.

Made Denver, I70 was ok, no chain law this morning.. UPS truck broke down in the right lane and we all came to a complete stop on an uphill grade. That restart put a lil pucker in me, as I was sliding trying to get enough rpms up to get the truck to go, total suckage..

Sitting @ denver terminal till the am, then off to ikea delivery.. sucks that pp says no early del. Or svs fail.. grrr..
