Hey,bout 7 hrs ago I stopped in Miles City,Mt at a PILOT...The lot is big enough for me to spin 4 53ft trailers if I wanted....

And the BEST part, there are 4 motels,3 restaurants, and 3 bars/casinos within walking distance. I have fun waiting in me in Fargo, but it will have to wait till tomorrow..

Already been to Casino..goin back for more. Life is good. (Today Anyway):biggrin_255:

At the PeeLOT in Milford CT. Seems I lucked out today... the bannana boat carryin' the watermelons showed up. A bunch of folks camped out in Gloucester City NJ since yesterday waiting... the bannana boat carryin' the pineapples got lost.

No, no! You're in Connecticut so you didn't luck out. You've got to go from Ct to somewhere else and the first part of the trip ain't gonna be pretty! (unless you can run across MA on the Mass Pike past Springfield).

The first part of the trip many have been through rocks n' things. No horses sans names, or deserts, though - and it didn't get me out of the rain. And especially, no GWB, CBE, Throgs (with or without necks)... all Tappan Zee.

Better watch out Sonny... I may come an check up on ya! :biggrin_25521:

I'm a weenie. I even avoid the Tappan Zee most of the time (plus I love the Hamilton Fish approach to Newburgh westbound when I'm headed away from New England).

I do the I287/I87/I84 northbound into New England unless I'm running at night and then I still avoid the GWB. From the Newark Port (and points north), I'll go across I78 to NJ24 to hook up with 287.

As far as I'm concerned, there's no predicting the GWB regardless of the time of day.

Shot out of the TA @10 minutes after posting that last one.
Ran over to Spokane (Petro) that night, then to Park City,Mt last night, and now in ND just outside of Fargo. Laundry day tomorrow I guess...
